                                    ISSN: 2448-8461ConclusionesAgradecimientosLa abundancia de especies y metabolitos secundarios extra%u00eddos en las orqu%u00eddeas medicinales de la familia Orchidaceae, constituyen un tema muy prometedor para descubrir agente adyuvantes %u00f3ptimos contra el c%u00e1ncer. Los metabolitos secundarios derivados de orqu%u00eddeas medicinales demuestran tener actividad anticancer%u00edgena. El resurgimiento en Occidente de los remedios a base de plantas se debe principalmente a la falta de efectos secundarios, ventajas econ%u00f3micas y su %u00e9nfasis hol%u00edstico. La fitomedicina tradicional de los extractos de orqu%u00eddeas cobrar%u00e1 mayor importancia en el sistema sanitario del futuro.
